What happens after you enroll

1

Immediately

You'll get a confirmation email with your login. Module One is waiting — there's no start date to wait for.

2

As you work

Watch, read, and complete the portfolio activity in each module. Move at your own pace; nothing closes behind you.

3

At the end

You'll book your one-on-one Transition Session and leave with a specific plan for what you do with the certification.

Before you enroll

When do I get access?

Right away. Enrollment is open year-round with no cohort dates and no waitlist — you'll have Module One the same day you enroll.

How long does the program take?

That's up to you. Students working full-time often take one module every week or two, setting aside a few focused hours for the lessons, the chapter, and the portfolio activity. At that pace the program takes a season — not a year, and not a weekend. Nothing expires, so you can go slower.

Is any of it live?

No. Everything is recorded and self-paced, by design — the promise is that you can do this around a full-time job without having to be somewhere at a set time. The one live piece is your Transition Session, which you schedule yourself.

What is the Professional Transition Session?

A private one-on-one session with Lena Bristol at the end of your program. You bring your completed portfolio and your situation; you leave with a specific plan for pursuing work or using the certification. It's included in your tuition.

What do I earn at the end?

The PHMC Level One credential, awarded on completion of all eight modules and their portfolio requirements. To be clear about what a certification does and doesn't do: it trains you, credentials you, and gives you a finished portfolio. It does not place you in a job, and no honest program would promise that.

Do I need experience to enroll?

No. No prior private service experience, degree, license, or business entity is required. The program is built for career changers, household professionals already in the field, and independent service providers alike.

Can I split the payment?

Yes. Afterpay and Klarna are both available at checkout. There's no separate payment plan product — tuition is $399 either way.

All enrollments are final and non-refundable. Because the program delivers proprietary digital materials with lifetime access immediately on enrollment, we can't offer refunds. If you have any question at all about whether this is right for you, email [email protected] before you enroll — we'd rather answer it now than have you buy something that isn't a fit.
